TrackTik does not publish prices. Here is everything that is publicly known about what security companies pay, with sources, plus a published price card to compare it against.

If you came here for a number, here is the most complete public picture. TrackTik's official pricing page shows no prices; quotes are customized, and no free trial is advertised, only a demo through sales. Third-party sources report the following from actual sales quotes:

These are reported figures from published third-party sources, checked July 2026: Connecteam's review (updated October 2025) and ITQlick's analyst estimates. They may reflect older quotes; always get current numbers in writing from TrackTik.
Two cost mechanisms appear on TrackTik's own website. First, usage charges: your contract covers a set number of full-time-equivalent employees, and every FTE above that number is billed at a premium. In plain language, if you grow, your bill grows automatically. Second, customers who use TrackTik's payroll services face additional payroll service fees beyond license costs. Dollar amounts for both are not published.
From the reported structure, four things move a TrackTik quote: how many locations you license, which suites and modules you turn on (scheduling, payroll, billing and patrol are packaged separately), how many FTEs your contract covers before overage kicks in, and the one-time setup, implementation and customization work. That is why two similar companies can report very different totals, and why nobody can tell you what TrackTik costs without a sales call.
We publish our prices because we think you should be able to budget for software the way you budget for anything else. This is the entire GuardChek price list:

Every plan is flat for your tier. No per-guard fees, no per-module pricing, no overage premiums when you hire. Your guards, clients and reports live in your own private copy of the platform, not a shared database.
Using only the published GuardChek card: a 25-guard company pays $449 per month. A 50-guard company pays $649. A 100-guard company pays $899. Now run the same exercise with any quote-only vendor: you cannot, and that asymmetry is worth remembering when you compare "starting at" numbers to what lands on the invoice.

It depends on your size and which TrackTik modules you need, and TrackTik pricing is not public. What we can say: GuardChek's price is flat for your tier, published, and does not change when you add guards within your cap or use more of the platform.
