Take the call, create the event, send it to guards' phones and follow every step on the board and the map. Dispatch comes with Growth, Professional and Enterprise.

An alarm goes off at a client's warehouse at 1 AM. Without a dispatch system, the next ten minutes happen on a phone: call a guard, text another, hope someone is close, and write it down later if anyone remembers. Security dispatch software turns that call into a record from the first minute: an event with a file number, a priority, the guard who took it, every status change with its time, and the report at the end.
GuardChek's dispatch was built inside a working security company, for the calls that come in when the office is one person and a phone.
The event form follows how a call actually arrives: priority (low, normal, high or urgent), event type and subtype, the site, the call source, the location (start typing an address and pick a suggestion to drop a pin on the map), the caller's name, phone, email and address, and remarks. The form has a file number field, so each call can be filed under its own number.
Not every call needs a guard. A call you only need to record can be saved as a standalone file number, so the log stays complete without sending anyone. And not every call starts with a phone: alarm signals from a monitoring company can create dispatch events by themselves.
Assign guards straight from the event. The list shows who is on duty and who is off, and GuardChek suggests the nearest guard for the call. Guards get the call on their phone, accept or decline it, and update their status as they go, so the office sees every step live without calling anyone. Supervisors can create and send a call from their phone too, and lookout (BOLO) alerts go out to guards on duty.
The dispatch board shows the open and in-progress events, and the dispatch map shows each event by status, with the marker's border showing its priority. Both pop out into their own window, so the board can sit on a second screen all night. Completed, canceled and archived events keep their own tabs, with date filters and a dispatch history.
Set response time targets and the system warns you when one is missed. Response time reports show how quickly your guards responded, and the client can be notified about the call. Every event keeps a full timeline, and the guard's incident report links back to the call, so the file a client or an insurer asks for is already in one place.
Dispatch lives in the same security guard app as the schedule, the GPS time clock, reports and SOS. Guards take the call in the same app they clock in with, and the report they write links back to the call, so nobody copies details from one system to another.
We create an event, send it to a guard's phone, accept it and follow it on the board and the map.

Yes, for security companies. It is security guard dispatch software: events with priorities and file numbers, a live dispatch map, the nearest guard suggested and status from the guard's phone. It is not a public-safety CAD for police, fire or 911 centers.
No. Calls arrive in the GuardChek guard app on iPhone and Android, the same app they use to clock in and write reports.
Yes. Alarm signals from a monitoring company can create dispatch events by themselves. Ask us in the demo how it would connect to your monitoring company.
It is the reference number a call is filed under. The event form has a file number field, and a call you only need to record, without sending a guard, can be saved as a standalone file number, so your call log stays complete.
Not from us: GuardChek has no free plan and no free trial. Dispatch comes with Growth and up, at one flat monthly price by company size, not per guard. You can watch it run a call in a live demo first.
